Service Agreement Options

On Call Service:

This service includes one-time pest control applications for bugs, short term rodent control services as well as a variety of preventative pest control programs to suit the needs of our customers. We serve both residential and commercial customers.

Monthly:

This service agreement is used for both Residential and Commercial Accounts it includes twelve services per year. This option gives the best overall pest control and is often used when rodent control is a primary concern or in situations where interior fly control is a high priority or where exterior wasp/yellowjacket activity is extremely high. The customer is charged for twelve services per year. If the customer has pest issues between regularly scheduled services these issues will be addressed at no additional charge to the customer.

Bi-Monthly:

This service agreement is used for both Residential and Commercial Accounts it includes six services per year. These services will be conducted on a bi- monthly basis. This option gives good overall pest control for common insects and a rodent control program can be used as part of this service. The customer pays for six services per year. If the customer has pest issues between regularly scheduled services these issues will be addressed at no additional cost to the customer.

Seasonal:

This option is primarily used for Residential accounts and includes four services per year. These services will be conducted through the Spring and Summer season and will end in the fall. This program will give good control of pests during the peak season. A rodent control program can be used as part of this service. The customer pays for four services and these services will be conducted on a bi-monthly basis. If the customer has pest issues between scheduled services during the high pest activity season these issues will be addressed at no additional charge to the customer. If pest issues are detected during the winter season and additional services are needed the customer will be charged for these additional services.
